The purpose of the practical sessions is to give you the opportunity to get some hands on experience with applying modeling techniques in practice. During these sessions the students will work with Frédéric Fondement, Steven Kelly and Florian Noyrit.
To get full advantage of theese practical sessions, the students are invited to bring their own computer.
The configuration needed includes:
- the Eclipse Helios Modeling (it can co-habitate with outher Eclipse environments)
- Papyrus (update site is http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/papyrus/updates/nightly/helios)
- Metacase evaluation version (see http://www.metacase.com/download/)
The Eclipse plug-ins needed (menu Help / Install Modeling Components) are:
- Acceleo
- Xpand
- ATL
- Xtext
- Papyrus (see above)
- Ocl Tools
